Due to a warehouse changeover, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges until late February. This will mean that our cut off of 30 days post receiving will be extended. Please keep all original packaging and do not wear the garment if you intend to return it. Email support@knockthrice.ca for more information. Thanks!

There are some countries I am unable to ship to and I am sorry! I hope to offer shipping to all countries in the future.

All orders come with tracked shipping!

VAT and import duties are the responsibility of the customer! Please also select a SAFE address for your shipment, as once a package is marked as "delivered" we cannot offer refunds or replacements, even if stolen. If you do not pick up your package in time and it is returned, it is at the expense of the customer to pay reshipment fees, and will only be reshipped once the original item has been returned. PHONE NUMBERS ARE MANDATORY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
