This is the final payment listing for reservation orders. You have been sent a $50 discount code (the cost of your deposit) which you can use here to pay for your final order. If you're having any issues or if you've forgotten or can't find your original order info, just email please!
Due to popular request, we are trying out a deposit/reservation system! You will be able to reserve an item/items with one listing, and it will be made and saved for you. Later (2-3 weeks after the purchase) you will be sent a $50 discount code (the cost of your deposit for 1 item) and the URL for a private listing, where you can make your final purchase. You will only be able to purchase the same item/s you put your deposit down for, no additional items or size changes. If you need to change sizes, you must email me asap!
I will email multiple times to remind everyone about the deposit listings and give them the link to make their purchases. You have up until the product arrives to our warehouse to make your final payments, so please don't feel rushed when you get the email, just keep it in a safe place for when you're ready to order!

Production of these sweaters can take anywhere from 1-2 months, plus a month for shipping to Canada and 2-3 weeks for shipping to customers. Delays are possible, post can be slower than expected, this is an estimate and I will update all customers if there are delays. PLEASE understand there is only so much I have control over! Please keep an eye on your inboxes for updates!
- Sweaters will ship internationally and come with tracked shipping. But there are some countries I am unable to ship to and I am sorry! I hope to offer shipping to all countries in the future.
- VAT and import duties are the responsibility of the customer! Please also select a SAFE address for your shipment, as once a package is marked as "delivered" we cannot offer refunds or replacements, even if stolen. If you do not pick up your package in time and it is returned, it is at the expense of the customer to pay reshipment fees, and will only be reshipped once the original item has been returned. PHONE NUMBERS ARE MANDATORY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
- Please understand I cannot adjust sizing or colour once your order has been placed, unless it is altered before the pre-order closes! I can, however, adjust shipping locations until the week before the sweaters arrive, so please send those to me via the site contact form, or to my email at knockthriceart@gmail.com.
