Returns // Exchanges
Due to a warehouse changeover, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges until late February. This will mean that our cut off of 30 days post receiving will be extended. Please keep all original packaging and do not wear the garment if you intend to return it. Email support@knockthrice.ca for more information. Thanks!

We understand that our unique garments have a higher price point, and it's important to feel confident in your purchase and ability to get the right size for your body. Currently, we are offering returns and exchanges!
Our stock availability fluctuates often, so please reach out to us via email before beginning an exchange. If the size you are looking for isn't available, you will be refunded. Please keep in mind that during pre-order shipping periods, any overstock will be prioritized firstly for customers that need replacements. You may be asked to wait until the majority of shipments are sent before we accept any exchanges.

REQUIREMENTS

Garments must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Item(s) must be in re-sellable condition, unwashed. Inspections will be done to ensure all returned items are fit for sale.

Garments must be sent back with their original packaging (Knock Thrice branded bag) and packing slip included. We cannot process your return or exchange without the original packaging- no exceptions, sorry!

Please indicate (circle) on the packing slip which item(s) from your order you are returning or exchanging.

Please email support@knockthrice.ca to notify us of the return or exchange. We also ask that you include a photo of the label and/or tracking number (once shipped). We are happy to check stock levels for you if you’d like to check before shipping your item back!

We can only refund your item(s) once the package arrives back to our facility (this can take 1-4 weeks depending on your location). We strongly recommend shipping your item(s) back with tracked shipping. If you add tracking to your package and it's lost before it arrives, we will still refund your item after 30 days in transit. For international orders (outside of North America), the window is 60 days.

There is a $5 restocking fee for all returns and exchanges (per package, not per item). If you choose to exchange your item(s), we add this to your new shipping invoice. If you return your item(s), you will be refunded the cost of your item(s) - minus the original shipping and restocking fee.
