Returns // Exchanges

We know that our unique garments have a higher price, and it's important to feel confident in your purchase and ability to get the right size for your body. Currently we are offer returns and exchanges. Once your item is received, and in re-sellable condition, you will be notified via email and a new order sent with the new sized garment. You will be invoiced for the additional shipping cost via Shopify or PayPal.

If the size you are wanting to exchange isn't available, you will be refunded. At the moment, stock is somewhat limited, but we will aim to offer replacements before overstock sale is sold. If you would rather wait for the second round of pre-orders this is also an option!

As this is a new offering for us, we are going to be working with this on a case-by-case basis, so please have patience if your order takes a while to get back to us, etc. Thank you and may your sweater be ever snuggly!

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Garments must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
• You must email support@knockthrice.ca to notify us of the return. Please send a photo of the label and/or tracking on your email thread once shipped.
• Must include your invoice or packing slip that has your order number on it.
• Item must be in re-sellable condition, unwashed. Inspection will be made to ensure it is fit for sale.
• We can only refund your item once it arrives back to our facility (this can take 1-4 weeks depending on your location). If you add tracking to your package and it's lost before it arrives, we will still refund your item after 30 days. For international orders (outside of North America), the window is 60 days.
• There is a $5 restocking fee for all returns and exchanges. If you choose to exchange your item, we add this to your new shipping invoice. If your return your item, you will be refunded the cost of your item - minus the original shipping fee and the restocking fee.
