was ecstatic to get this bag, used it daily for college and just as a convenient bag. within about a month and a half of moderate use, the joint of one of the carabiners on the shoulder strap had been bent backwards by getting caught in the top flap, the leather patch affixing the half-circle ring to which the carabiner attaches to the body of the bag had completely torn off and required new fabric and stitching, and one of the magnets on the front pockets had completely fallen off. i never put more than about 5 pounds of stuff in the bag, and yet it kinda just fell apart. a real shame too, i love this bag to the point that i have put in significant effort to repair it so i can continue to use it. it is an incredibly well-sized, stylish, convenient, and comfortable bag, though for the price tag and shipping complications (all due respect to knock thrice as a company and their staff for navigating such nonsensical tarrif/import problems, i could not imagine dealing with such a massive problem so deftly, but it also caused me like 30 metaphorical heart attacks over the year-long wait,) i really wouldn't recommend it aside from being a lovely little homage to the magnus protocol. i would love to give this bag 5 stars but it has been a concern in my life since the moment i bought it.
