Pre-Orders & In-Stock Drops


A guide on the difference between them

What is an in-stock drop?
In-stock items are already produced and ready to ship. Once your order is placed, we wait a short period for any order edits, and then it will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible.

What is a pre-order?
Pre-order items are not yet produced. By purchasing a pre-order, you are reserving your item in advance before it is ready to ship. Why do you offer pre-orders?
Pre-orders allow us to produce more accurately, reduce overproduction, and offer designs that may not be possible through traditional inventory drops. Garments that are very complex or expensive to make are difficult to gauge for in-stock drops.

How long do pre-orders take to ship?
Estimated shipping timelines for pre-orders will be provided on the product page. These can be long waits, usually between 4-8 months or even longer depending on many factors. Please accept the timeline needs to be flexible and our delivery dates are estimates.

Can I order in-stock and pre-order items together?
Yes—but please note that your order will ship once all items are ready. If you would like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
During the pre-order window, you can edit or cancel your order with no issue. Once the pre-order has closed, we request customers refrain from cancelling or changing their orders. However, contact us here and we will always assist as best we can!

How do I get updates? What happens if there is a delay?
If production or shipping delays occur, we will keep you updated via email and provide revised timelines. To ensure our emails land in your inbox, please add "hello@knockthrice.ca" as a contact. We also post with general updates here.

Do pre-orders ever sell out?
As of yet all our pre-orders are unlimited. There may be a chance in the future for limited pre-orders, but we will make that abundantly clear beforehand. Otherwise, assume all our pre-orders will not sell out until the end date of the campaign.
