  • Sweaters will ship internationally and come with tracked shipping.

  • VAT and import duties are the responsibility of the customer! Please also select a SAFE address for your shipment, as once a package is marked as "delivered" we cannot offer refunds or replacements, even if stolen. If you do not pick up your package in time and it is returned, it is at the expense of the customer to pay reshipment fees, and will only be reshipped once the original item has been returned. PHONE NUMBERS ARE MANDATORY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

We know that our unique garments have a higher price, and it's important to feel confident in your purchase and ability to get the right size for your body. Originally exchanges were not possible, but with our new shipping facility I am going to test it out and see if it works!

Currently we are operating on an exchange-only system for non-hand embroidered items only. This means sweaters, cardigans, bags, etc. Hand embroidered hats are not available for refund of exchange. Once your item is received, and in re-sellable condition, you will be notified via email and a new order sent with the new sized garment. You will be invoiced for the additional shipping cost via Shopify or PayPal.

If the size you are wanting to exchange isn't available, you can be refunded, minus your shipping costs. At the moment, stock is somewhat limited, but we will aim to offer replacements before overstock sale is sold. If you would rather wait for the second round of pre-orders this is also an option!

As this is a new offering for us, we are going to be working with this on a case-by-case basis, so please have patience if your order takes a while to get back to us, etc. Thank you and may your sweater be ever snuggly!



  • Garments must be returned within 90 days delivery.
  • You must email to notify us of the return. Please send a photo of the label and/or tracking on your email thread once shipped.
  • MUST include your invoice or packing slip that has your order number on it.
  • Item must be in re-sellable condition, unwashed. Inspection will be made to ensure it is fit for sale.
  • It is necessary to get tracked shipping to be refunded right away. If you do not get tracked shipping, we can only refund your item once it arrives back to our facility (this can take 1-4 weeks depending on your location) and if it is lost in transit you will not be compensated for the return (the tracked shipping is our insurance on this!)
  • There is a $5 restocking fee for all returns and exchanges. If you choose to exchange your item, we add this to your new shipping invoice. If your return your item, you will be refunded the cost of your item - minus the original shipping fee and the restocking fee.
