Absolutely amazing in every way, would happily order again

It did take a long time to deliver, but that was to be expected. I love the quality and it's just adorable. I've also gotten a cardigan in the past that was great quality as well. The only issue is how long it takes to deliver, but this is something I can see lasting a very long time and in my opinion it's worth the wait. :)

I had previously written that my order came with a strong smell and Norah got in contact with me to replace it. I asked to see what it would take because returning the hat would be expensive from my side since I'm in the EU. Without question she simply sent me a replacement hat, no strings attached. The new hat is perfect. Norah not only has made my week but she's made my year. impeccable designs, perfect customer service, what more could you ask for? I've become a customer for life. Beautiful product, my sister loves it!

I love this beanie! It's so cute, and I love that the brim hides the rest of the mothman with just the head and eyes sticking out. The beanie itself is thick, and is big enough to fit my giant head without stretching and giving me a headache. I get so many compliments whenever I wear it and it matches my Steady Hands ghost hunting sweater, which has a mothman on the back, perfectly! I hope more cryptid beanies will be made in the future, and in colours like black and grey depending on the theme/cryprid.
