Good: The bag itself is adorable. It has extra rings for charms, or for moving around the "tea tag" for the location you prefer. The bag material is soft, but firm. There is a zippered pocket inside, a few pouches, and a pouch for a tablet. There is a removable part that goes in the bottom to help bag keep it's shape. Norah at knock thrice was also very kind and accommodating during our emails as my package was late due to postage strikes and other things.

Cons: As it is the nature of the shape of the bag, it is a bit hard to get into. The opening feels a bit narrow. This may not be suitable for someone who isn't very dexterous, or in situations where getting the items out like of your bag quickly is important. You can't really see inside the bag very well when trying to grab something. The biggest issue for me has been the velcro, which is on the sides of the opening and intended to keep the bag shaped nicely and closed. The straps are positioned right by the velcro, which cause the velcro to open when worn. When the velcro opens, it snags on knit fabrics like wool coats or sweaters. This is a shame as it is a cute bag to wear with a sweater. I may take a seam ripper and remove the velcro myself, which shows how annoying it is. This may cause it to not have the ideal tea bag shape, but I find it comes loose anyway, so the velcro is a bit useless and serves only to snag on my clothes. It looks like in the original photos there used to be snap buttons on the side. I can see how velcro would be easier to use in theory, but I wish they stuck with the original button design.

Despite the cons, it's a very cute bag and I feel the price is fair. Perhaps if there are future iterations some improvements can be made to the design.

This bag is the cutest thing in the world. My only hangups are 1) I wish the opening had some kind of drawstring feature, as it is really quite a small opening (you won’t fit a laptop in here, despite the interior being big enough for one), and 2) the magnetic clasp that keeps it closed, which is somewhat difficult to align correctly. I think this is partly due to the metal ring (for clipping accessories?) hanging right above it. But overall, I am obsessed with this. Great quality, spacious, and adorable.

I LOVE THIS BAG!! It fits a good amount of stuff surprisingly and goes so well with a lot of my outfits!

The bag and the cups are super cute and comfortable. Love it all!
